First Church Family,
We are well into December and that means beautiful seasonal music! This Sunday, in our traditional service (11:00 in the sanctuary) our Chancel Choir, with orchestra, will present its Christmas program. Invite friends and family to attend, as this will be one of our community’s highest quality musical experiences.
At our First Light service (9:00 in the CLC) our theme will be: “What Child is This? #2 – Mighty God.” Then, next Sunday, December 15, our First Flame praise team will present an equally high quality modern musical experience in the Christian Life Center.
The theme at 11:00 on that Sunday too will be “Might God,” from Isaiah 9: “He will be called Wonderful Counselor, Mighty God, Everlasting Father, Price of Peace.”
The services planned over the next weeks are meant to draw us close to the manger and to the Messiah Himself. May God bless us through our experience of the Incarnation!
