Winter officially began Wednesday, and is it ever coming in with a vengeance! There is something special, though, about Christmas being cold! Stay warm, and enjoy the blessed holiday!
The following announcements will guide us through the next week:
Christmas Eve Worship
Our Sanctuary Christmas Eve service will begin at 5:00PM on Saturday evening. It will include Holy Communion and end in candlelight. Following the Christmas Eve service, Holy Communion will be offered until 7:00PM in the Sanctuary. Luminaries will adorn the front steps of the church on Christmas Eve (weather permitting.)
Christmas Morning Worship
Our one Christmas service will be held in the Sanctuary and will be informal and casual. The service will begin at 10:00AM and will be comprised mostly of music (and especially traditional carols.) Both chancel choir and hand bells will be a part of the service. Come as you are to celebrate the birth of Jesus with us on Christmas morning.
New Year’s Day Worship
The following Sunday, our one New Year’s service will be held in the Christian Life Center and will also be informal in nature. The service will begin at 10:00AM and will include Holy Communion. Our First Flame praise band will be a part of the service. Come as you are to celebrate the New Year on January 1.
